The battery pack uses automotive-grade lithium iron phosphate cells with high energy density and stable performance. Compared with conventional battery solutions, it provides longer service life and enhanced durability under frequent charging and discharging conditions. The integrated intelligent BMS includes multiple safety protections to ensure stable operation against electrical and environmental risks.
The enclosure design offers enhanced resistance against external conditions and supports operation in outdoor environments. The system maintains reliable output under both high and low temperature conditions, helping avoid performance reduction caused by extreme climates. Its wide compatibility also allows integration with different types of electric vehicles and low-speed mobility equipment.
The HYLN72-250 battery operates at a nominal voltage of 76.8V with a rated capacity of 250Ah, delivering a total energy storage capacity of 19.2kWh. The battery dimensions are 1100 × 500 × 240mm with a total weight of approximately 150kg. It adopts a metal housing structure and Anderson 175A connector interface for high-current applications.
The battery internal resistance remains at ≤14.4mΩ while conversion efficiency reaches approximately 99%. Monthly self-discharge is limited to around 2%, supporting long-term storage performance. The battery supports up to 24 series and 5 parallel module configurations and can optionally integrate an LCD SOC display for monitoring.
The HYLN72-250 supports continuous discharge current up to 120A and pulse discharge current of 300A for durations shorter than three seconds, making it suitable for demanding electric vehicle applications.
Recommended discharge cut-off voltage is set at 60V while the BMS protection activates at 57.6V. Reconnection occurs automatically at 69.6V. In abnormal conditions such as short circuits, protection response time remains between 200 and 500 microseconds to ensure system safety.
Charging follows the CC-CV method for stable charging behavior. The charging voltage is specified at 86.4V, while the recommended floating voltage is 84V.
For routine operation, the recommended charging current is 30A to optimize cycle life. The battery also supports charging currents up to 150A when higher charging speed is required. BMS charging protection activates at 88.8V.
The battery supports operation across a wide environmental range. Discharge temperature spans from -30°C to 60°C, while charging temperature is maintained between 0°C and 60°C. Storage conditions allow temperatures from -40°C to 50°C. High-temperature protection activates automatically when internal temperature reaches 70°C.
The ECOLFP 72V300Ah model is designed for higher capacity applications and provides a nominal voltage of 73.8V together with a rated capacity of 302Ah. Total stored energy reaches 22.23kWh.
The battery dimensions are 1100 × 520 × 270mm with an overall weight of approximately 140kg. The enclosure uses metal construction with IP32 protection and Anderson terminals. Optional 4G communication functionality is available for remote monitoring and system management.
The ECOLFP battery delivers continuous discharge current up to 200A and pulse discharge current reaching 450A for short-duration loads below one second. Internal resistance remains at ≤80mΩ and efficiency approaches 99%.
The recommended minimum voltage is 57.5V, while BMS discharge protection activates at 50.6V. Automatic recovery occurs at 62.1V. Short-circuit protection response time ranges between 300 and 800 microseconds.
Charging voltage for this model ranges from 81.65V to 83.95V with a recommended floating voltage of 77.62V.
The recommended charging current is 50A to balance performance and service life, while the system allows maximum charging current up to 200A. BMS charging protection threshold is set at 88.55V.
