Flexible Output Adjustment
Output voltage range is 18V to 29.2V, suitable for 24V lithium iron phosphate packs (8 series cells). Output current is adjustable from 1A to 100A with ±1 percent accuracy. This allows a single charger to handle different battery capacities a low 20A for small 50Ah packs or full 100A for 300Ah to 600Ah forklift batteries. The steady current accuracy is 0.8 and voltage ripple is under ±1 percent.

Robust Protection Suite
The charger guards against seven common fault conditions. Overvoltage protection stops output if voltage exceeds safe limits. Overcurrent protection limits output current. Overpower protection prevents excessive wattage. Overheating protection uses internal temperature sensing to reduce power or shut down. Undervoltage prevents operation with insufficient input. Short circuit protection responds instantly. Reverse connection protection prevents damage from incorrect battery polarity.
CAN Communication for Smart Charging
Built in CAN bus allows the charger to talk directly with the battery BMS. The charger receives battery voltage, temperature, and state of charge data, then automatically adjusts its output profile. This protects the battery from overcharging and extends cycle life. For fleets without CAN enabled batteries, the charger can operate in standalone constant current constant voltage mode.
Output Connector Options
The output connector is rated at 160A and 150V. Standard options include REMA (common for European forklifts), Anderson (widely used in North America and Asia), or custom connectors per customer drawing. Specify the required connector when ordering.
