Product Overview
This series of high frequency LiFePO4 battery chargers is specifically designed for electric forklifts, AGVs, and industrial vehicles using 24V or 48V lithium iron phosphate battery packs. With a maximum output current of 100A and high conversion efficiency, these chargers save energy, provide precise voltage and current regulation, and produce very low output ripple. Input Specifications
Input voltage range is AC304V to AC456V three phase three wire plus PE. Input limit voltage is AC490V. Input frequency range is 50Hz or 60Hz. Power factor reaches 0.99. Total harmonic distortion (THD) is only 3.5 percent. Input inrush current is 10A maximum. This high power factor and low THD reduce stress on facility electrical systems and improve charging efficiency.

Output Specifications
Output voltage range is DC18V to DC29.2V, compatible with 24V LiFePO4 battery banks (8 series cells). Output voltage error is ±0.5 percent with steady voltage accuracy also ±0.5 percent. Output voltage ripple factor is ±1 percent, providing clean DC power that protects battery cells and BMS. Maximum output current is 100A typical. Output current adjustment range is 1A to 100A, allowing the user to match charge rate to battery capacity and application. Output current error is ±1 percent with steady current accuracy of 0.8.

CAN Communication
The charger includes a CAN bus interface for communication with the battery BMS. This allows the charger to receive real time battery data such as voltage, current, temperature, and state of charge. The charger then automatically adjusts its output to match the battery requirements. CAN communication also enables remote monitoring and control from a fleet management system.

Protection Functions
Comprehensive protection features ensure safe operation in industrial environments. Overvoltage protection shuts down the charger if output voltage exceeds safe limits.
