Product Overview
This series of high frequency LiFePO4 battery chargers is specifically designed for electric forklifts, AGVs, and industrial vehicles using 24V or 48V lithium iron phosphate battery packs. With a maximum output current of 100A and high conversion efficiency, these chargers save energy, provide precise voltage and current regulation, and produce very low output ripple. The high frequency switching technology results in compact size, light weight, wide adjustment range, and long service life. Input Specifications

CAN Communication
The charger includes a CAN bus interface for communication with the battery BMS. This allows the charger to receive real time battery data such as voltage, current, temperature, and state of charge. The charger then automatically adjusts its output to match the battery requirements. CAN communication also enables remote monitoring and control from a fleet management system.

Protection Functions
Comprehensive protection features ensure safe operation in industrial environments. Overvoltage protection shuts down the charger if output voltage exceeds safe limits. Overcurrent protection prevents damage from excessive load. Overpower protection limits total output power. Overheating protection reduces power or stops charging if internal temperature rises too high. Undervoltage protection prevents operation below minimum input voltage. Short circuit protection immediately cuts output. Reverse connection protection prevents damage if battery polarity is reversed.

Output Connectors
