Product Overview
This series of 12.8V lithium iron phosphate batteries is available in 100Ah, 120Ah, and 200Ah capacities. Built with LiFePO4 chemistry, the safest lithium technology, these batteries provide reliable energy storage for home solar systems, RVs, marine applications, and off grid living. They are significantly lighter than traditional lead acid batteries of equivalent capacity. Each unit comes with screw caps to protect terminals from accidental shorting during use or transport. An integrated Battery Management System automatically controls and protects against overheating, overvoltage, overcurrent, overcharge, and over discharge.

Discharge Performance
Continuous discharge current is 100 amps. Pulse discharge current reaches 160 amps for less than 3 seconds. Recommended voltage disconnect is 10V. BMS discharge cut off voltage is 8.8V with reconnect at 10.8V. Short circuit protection activates within 300 to 800 microseconds. This performance supports inverters up to 1200W continuous and handles surge loads from refrigerators, pumps, and power tools.

Charge Parameters
Charging uses the CC CV method with charge voltage range of 14.4V to 14.8V. Recommended float voltage is 13.8V. The recommended charge current is 50 amps for optimal cycle life, while the maximum charge current is 100 amps for faster charging. BMS charge cut off voltage is set to 15V.

Cycle Life and Longevity
Cycle life exceeds 4000 cycles at 80 percent depth of discharge with 1C charge and 1C discharge at 25°C. After 4000 cycles, the battery retains over 80 percent of original capacity. For daily cycling, this provides over 10 years of service. The low self discharge and robust cell chemistry ensure reliable operation even after years of use.

Temperature Range
Discharge temperature range is -20°C to 60°C. Charge temperature range is 0°C to 60°C. Storage temperature range is -20°C to 60°C. BMS high temperature cut off is set to 65°C. This wide operating window allows use in cold garages, unheated sheds, and warm engine compartments.

BMS Protection
The integrated Battery Management System provides complete protection including overcharge protection (cut off at 15V), over discharge protection (cut off at 8.8V), overcurrent protection for both charge and discharge, short circuit protection (300 to 800 microseconds), and temperature based cut off (65°C). The BMS also balances cells during charging to maximize capacity and extend life.

Applications
These batteries are ideal for home solar energy storage systems paired with 12V inverters. They serve as house batteries for RVs and campervans, powering lights, water pumps, ventilation fans, refrigerators, and entertainment systems. In marine applications, they power trolling motors, fish finders, radios, navigation lights, and bilge pumps.
