Product Overview
This 12.8V 620Ah lithium iron phosphate battery stores 7936 watt hours of energy in a rugged IP65 rated PPE enclosure. With an ultra low internal resistance of ≤15mΩ and an impressive cycle life exceeding 8000 cycles (retaining >70% of original capacity), it is designed for demanding deep cycle applications such as off grid solar storage, marine house banks, RV power systems, and industrial backup. The integrated Battery Management System supports Bluetooth, CAN, and RS485 communication, and the battery can be configured in up to 4 series or 4 parallel connections.

Discharge Performance
Continuous discharge current is 400 amps, capable of powering large inverters up to 5000W or running multiple heavy loads simultaneously. Pulse discharge current reaches 800 amps for less than 10 seconds, handling surge demands from air conditioners, well pumps, and motor starting. Recommended voltage disconnect is 10V. BMS discharge cut off voltage is 10V with reconnect at 10.8V. Short circuit protection activates within 100 to 400 microseconds, faster than standard fuses.

Charge Parameters
Charging uses the CC CV method with charge voltage range of 14.2V to 14.6V. Recommended float voltage at 100 percent state of charge is 13.3V to 13.4V. Cycle Life and Longevity
Rated for more than 8000 cycles at 100 percent depth of discharge while retaining over 70 percent of original capacity (tested at 25°C, 0.5C charge/discharge). For a daily deep cycle application, this battery provides over 21 years of service before reaching 70 percent state of health. The low internal resistance and efficient chemistry reduce heat generation and energy loss.

User Benefits versus Lead Acid
A lead acid bank of equivalent usable capacity would need 1240Ah nominal because only 50 percent is usable. That lead acid bank would weigh approximately 150 to 200 kilograms and occupy significantly more space. Lead acid lasts 500 to 800 cycles; this LiFePO4 battery lasts 8000 cycles. Lead acid requires regular watering, equalization charges, and terminal cleaning; this battery is maintenance free. Over a 20 year period, one lithium battery replaces 10 to 15 lead acid banks.
