Why Sodium Instead of Lead or Lithium
This 12.2V 60Ah battery uses sodium ion chemistry which combines the safety of LiFePO4 with the cold cranking power of lead acid but without the weight or toxicity. It delivers 900 cold cranking amps and 15C pulse current while weighing only 9.5 kilograms. A comparable lead acid battery would weigh 18 to 20 kilograms and last only 500 cycles. This sodium battery lasts over 3000 cycles.

Direct Replacement for Standard Car Batteries
The dimensions are 306 by 174 by 200 millimeters and terminal type is standard automotive post. It fits most passenger cars SUVs light trucks and boats that use group size 24 27 or 31 battery trays. The nominal voltage is 12.2V which stays above 12V under load unlike lead acid that drops to 10V during cranking. The engine starts faster and electronics see cleaner power.

Built in BMS with Self Balancing
The internal Battery Management System monitors each cell individually. It balances cells during charging to maintain capacity. Protection includes overcharge cutoff at 16V over discharge cutoff at 8V over current on both charge and discharge short circuit and high temperature cutoff at 70°C. The BMS also prevents reverse polarity connection.

Rugged Construction for Under Hood Use
The housing is ABS plastic with IP65 dust and water resistance. It withstands vibration engine heat and road spray. Operating temperature for discharge is -30°C to 70°C. Charge temperature is -20°C to 70°C. Storage temperature is 0°C to 35°C. The battery is sealed and maintenance free no water to add no acid to spill.

Self discharge is less than 3 percent per month. A vehicle left parked for 3 months will still have over 90 percent charge remaining.
