Product Overview
The Ecolite JS70 is a compact portable lithium jump starter designed to safely start a dead 12V battery in seconds. Weighing only 0.8 kilograms and measuring 186 by 108 by 52 millimeters, it is small enough to store in a glove box, under a seat, or in an emergency kit. The built in 14.8V 2.5Ah lithium battery pack stores 37 watt hours of energy and delivers up to 1500 amps of peak pulse current for 1 millisecond to crank petrol or diesel engines.

Jump Starting Performance
The start interface provides a maximum pulse current of 1500 amps at 1 millisecond, enough to start most passenger cars, SUVs, small trucks, and boats. Continuous output current ranges from 20 to 30 amps lasting up to 15 seconds, giving the starter enough time to crank the engine. The external detection voltage range is 2.0±1V to 16.8±0.3V, allowing the device to automatically sense battery connection and polarity.

Built in Air Inflator
The JS70 includes a tyre inflator with an inflation pressure range of 0.2 to 10.3 BAR (3 to 150 PSI). Range accuracy is 0.2 BAR or 3 PSI. This feature allows you to inflate flat car tyres, bicycle tyres, sports balls, and inflatable toys without carrying a separate air pump. The digital display shows current pressure and target pressure.

USB C Power Bank
The USB C port supports both input and output. As an output it provides 5V at 3A, 9V at 3A, or 12V at 3A with maximum 36 watts. This allows charging smartphones, tablets, GPS devices, action cameras, and other USB powered electronics. As an input the USB C port accepts the same voltages and currents, recharging the internal battery from a wall charger, car charger, or power bank.

LED Work Light
A 3 watt LED light is built into the unit. It serves as a flashlight for roadside emergencies, a work light for engine repairs, and an SOS beacon for distress situations. The light has multiple modes including steady on, strobe, and SOS.

Battery and Power Management
The internal battery chemistry is lithium based with a nominal voltage of 14.8V and capacity of 2.5Ah (37Wh). Static power consumption is very low at ≤280 microamps, preserving charge during months of storage. The device charges from 0°C to 45°C and discharges from -10°C to 50°C. Storage temperature range is -10°C to 50°C. The housing protection rating is IP30, suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor use but not waterproof.

Safety and Protection
The jump starter includes reverse polarity protection, short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and thermal protection. It will not spark if connected incorrectly, and the intelligent clamps only activate when connected to a battery with the correct polarity. This makes the JS70 safe for users without technical experience.

Easy to Operate
Connect the clamps to the dead battery red to positive and black to negative. The unit detects correct connection and lights a ready indicator. Turn the ignition key. After the engine starts, disconnect the clamps. No booster cables or another vehicle are needed. The JS70 also includes a battery health indicator showing remaining charge.

Applications
The JS70 is an essential emergency tool for drivers of cars, SUVs, vans, motorcycles, boats, and lawn tractors. It works for petrol engines up to approximately 5 litres and diesel engines up to approximately 3 litres. The inflator handles standard car tyres (32 to 35 PSI), truck tyres (up to 80 PSI), and high pressure tyres up to 150 PSI.
