The Ecolite LFP12.8V 80Ah is a high-performance lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) starter battery engineered specifically to replace traditional lead-acid starting batteries in vehicles, boats, and equipment. Delivering 1200CCA cold cranking amps and 1200A pulse discharge current, it provides instant, reliable starting power even in cold conditions—while weighing less than half of a comparable lead-acid battery. Designed for the rigorous demands of engine starting, this battery combines high burst current, fast recharge capability, and exceptional cycle life in a maintenance-free, drop-in compatible package.

Engineered for Reliable Engine Starting
Unlike deep-cycle batteries, this starter battery is optimized to deliver massive current in short bursts. With 1200CCA (tested per DY-2015 standard) and pulse discharge up to 1200A (≤1s), it cranks gasoline and diesel engines with authority—even at -20°C. The high 30C discharge rate ensures your vehicle starts on the first try, eliminating the voltage sag and sluggish performance common with aged or cold lead-acid batteries.

Fast Recharge Between Starts
