51.2V 105Ah LiFePO4 Golf Cart Battery Built in Heater -30℃ Charge IP67 RS485 CAN
Designed for Golf Vehicles
This 51.2V 105Ah lithium iron phosphate battery pack is custom built for golf carts, buggies, and low speed electric vehicles. With 5.4 kilowatt hours of energy and a rugged IP67 steel enclosure, it replaces heavy lead acid battery banks while providing longer run time and zero maintenance. The integrated Battery Management System includes passive balancing and a built in heater that activates when charging below 0°C, making it suitable for year round use in cold climates.

Core Specifications
Nominal voltage is 51.2V with 105Ah capacity and total energy of 5376Wh. Dimensions are 460 by 334 by 247 millimeters. Weight is 46 kilograms. Terminal type is FCC1020 rated for 200A. Housing is SPCC steel with IP67 dust and water protection (fully submersible for short periods). Cell chemistry is LiFePO4. Communication supports RS485 and CAN.
Discharge Performance
Continuous discharge current is 150 amps, enough to power a golf cart at full speed carrying two passengers plus clubs. Pulse discharge current reaches 250 amps for less than 120 seconds, handling steep hills and sudden acceleration. Recommended voltage disconnect is 40V. BMS discharge cut off is 40V with reconnect at 43.2V. Short circuit protection triggers in 300 to 800 microseconds.

Charge Parameters
Charging uses CC CV method with charge voltage range of 56.8V to 58.4V. Recommended float voltage at full charge is 53.2V to 53.6V. Recommended charge current is 52.5 amps for optimal cycle life. Maximum charge current is 105 amps for faster charging. BMS charge cut off is 58.4V.
Built in Heater for Cold Weather
Unlike standard LiFePO4 batteries that cannot charge below 0°C, this pack includes an internal heating system. When the battery temperature drops below 0°C and charging voltage is applied, the heater warms the cells to a safe temperature before allowing charge current to flow. This allows reliable charging at ambient temperatures as low as -30°C. Discharge is also possible from -30°C to 65°C, making the battery usable in freezing garages and hot summer days.
Cycle Life and Longevity
Cycle life exceeds 4000 cycles at 100 percent depth of discharge while retaining over 80 percent of original capacity (tested at 25°C, 0.5C charge/discharge). For a golf cart that makes one full discharge per day, this provides over 10 years of service. Self discharge is low, and the battery requires no watering or equalization charges.
Integrated BMS with Additional Interfaces
The BMS protects against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and temperature extremes. Beyond the standard power and communication interfaces, the battery includes several useful features. A VENT port releases internal gas pressure for safety. A METER interface connects to an external battery power display for real time state of charge monitoring. A MAIN SWITCH interface allows remote on off control of the battery system using an external switch or relay. Positive and negative terminals are clearly marked for external circuit connection.
Communication and Monitoring
RS485 and CAN ports enable communication with golf cart controllers, chargers, and display panels. Real time data including voltage, current, temperature, state of charge, and fault codes can be read remotely. This allows the cart to display remaining range and prevent operation when battery is critically low.
