Electrical Performance

The battery operates at a nominal voltage of 12.8V with a rated capacity of 100Ah, delivering 1280Wh of usable energy. Internal resistance is kept at ≤25mΩ, supporting stable discharge performance and reduced energy loss.

Energy conversion efficiency is ≥98%, and self-discharge remains below 5% per month, allowing reliable long-term storage. The battery supports a 4S single-module configuration and is built using LiFePO4 cells for enhanced safety and stability.

Discharge Performance

The battery supports a continuous discharge current of 100A, enabling it to power high-demand DC loads in RV and off-grid systems. It can also handle short pulse discharge currents up to 160A for up to 10 seconds.

The recommended discharge cut-off voltage is 10V, while the BMS protection cut-off is also set at 10V. The system reconnects automatically at 12V after recovery. In abnormal short-circuit conditions, protection is activated within 300–800 microseconds to ensure safety.

Charging System

Charging is managed through a CC-CV algorithm to ensure stable and efficient energy storage. The recommended charging voltage range is 14.2V to 14.6V, with a float voltage range of 13.5V to 13.8V for long-term maintenance charging.

The recommended charging current is 50A, while the maximum allowable charging current is 100A for fast charging scenarios. The BMS charging cut-off voltage is set at 14.6V to prevent overcharging and protect battery cells.

Mechanical Design and Protection

The battery adopts a compact structure measuring 307 × 169 × 208mm and uses a durable ABS housing for mechanical strength and lightweight performance. It is rated IP65 for protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for outdoor and semi-outdoor environments.

M8 terminals are used for secure electrical connection, ensuring stable current transmission during high-load operation.
