Installation Tips
Mount the battery on a flat stable surface indoors or in a weather resistant enclosure. The case is not fully waterproof, so avoid direct rain or submersion. Use appropriately sized cables rated for the expected current draw. For inverter applications, match the inverter’s recommended battery cable gauge. Connect the positive terminal first then the negative terminal. Ensure the charging source is set to lithium profile with absorption voltage between 14.2V and 14.6V and float voltage around 13.8V.
Charging Requirements
Use a CC CV charger designed for LiFePO4 batteries with bulk charge voltage of 14.2V to 14.6V. The recommended charge current is between 30A and 150A depending on your charging source.
