Product Overview
This 51.2V 105Ah lithium iron phosphate battery stores 5376 watt hours of energy in a rugged IP67 rated enclosure. Designed for extreme environments, it operates from -30°C to 65°C for both charging and discharging, with a built in heating system that activates automatically when charging below 0°C. The integrated Battery Management System provides complete cell protection and balancing, while RS485 and CAN communication ports enable seamless integration with most hybrid inverters and energy management systems.

Core Technical Specifications
Nominal voltage is 51.2V with 105Ah rated capacity and total energy of 5376Wh. Internal resistance is ≤45 milliohms. Round trip efficiency reaches 98 percent. Self discharge is less than 5 percent per month. The battery is configured with 16 cells in series and 1 cell in parallel (16S1P). Multiple batteries can be connected in parallel to expand capacity. Dimensions are 460mm length, 334mm width, and 247mm height. Weight is 46 kilograms. The SPCC steel housing has an IP67 rating, making it fully dust tight and waterproof up to 1 meter immersion for 30 minutes. Terminal type is FCC1020 rated for 200A. Cell chemistry is LiFePO4.

Discharge Performance
Continuous discharge current is 150 amps, suitable for powering inverters up to 7000W to 8000W. Pulse discharge current reaches 250 amps for less than 120 seconds, handling high surge loads such as motor starting or pump activation. BMS discharge cut off voltage is 40V with reconnect at 43.2V. Recommended voltage disconnect is also 40V. Short circuit protection activates within 300 to 800 microseconds.

Charge Parameters
Charging uses the CC CV method with charge voltage range of 56.8V to 58.4V. Recommended float voltage at 100 percent state of charge is 53.2V to 53.6V. The recommended charge current is 52.5 amps for optimal cycle life, while the maximum charge current is 105 amps for faster charging when needed. BMS charge cut off voltage is set to 58.4V.

Built in Heating for Extreme Cold
This battery is designed for cold climates. It starts heating automatically when the battery temperature drops below 0°C and charging voltage is applied. The internal heating pad warms the cells to a safe temperature before allowing charge current to flow. As a result, the battery can be safely charged at ambient temperatures as low as -30°C. This feature is essential for solar storage in mountain regions, off grid cabins in northern areas, and outdoor telecom sites.

Wide Temperature Range
Discharge temperature range is -30°C to 65°C, allowing reliable power delivery in freezing conditions and hot equipment compartments. Charge temperature range is also -30°C to 65°C, thanks to the integrated heater. Storage temperature range is 0°C to 35°C for long term preservation. BMS high temperature cut off is set to 65°C.

Cycle Life and Longevity
Rated for more than 4000 cycles at 100 percent depth of discharge while retaining over 80 percent of original capacity, tested at 25°C with 0.5C charge and discharge rates. For daily cycling, this battery provides over 10 years of service life. The low self discharge and robust cell chemistry ensure reliable operation even after years of use.

Communication and Monitoring
RS485 and CAN ports allow the battery to communicate directly with compatible inverters, charge controllers, and monitoring systems. Real time data including voltage, current, temperature, state of charge, cell voltages, and fault codes can be read remotely. This makes the battery suitable for advanced energy management systems that require automated control and alerts.

Scalability with Parallel Connection
Multiple batteries can be connected in parallel to increase total capacity. For example, two units provide 210Ah (10.7kWh), four units provide 420Ah (21.5kWh), and so on. When paralleling, ensure that each battery’s cables are the same length to balance current sharing. The BMS supports up to at least 15 units in parallel depending on the communication protocol.
