Engineered for continuous industrial duty, the EC-LC261 integrates a 416-series LiFePO4 string, a 125kW bi-directional PCS and a closed-loop liquid cooling circuit inside a single IP54 enclosure. It is designed around one principle: keep every cell within a 3 deg C window for the entire service life, so that capacity retention stays above 80% after 8000 cycles.

The cabinet arrives fully pre-commissioned. On site you connect AC cables, enable the EMS profile and the unit begins its first charge cycle. No separate battery room, no cooling piping installation, no complex integration work.

Liquid Cooling Technology

Air cooling reaches its physical limit when cell currents rise: the cells nearest the fan run cooler while the core runs hot, and the spread widens with every charge cycle. The EC-LC261 replaces air with a chilled water-glycol plate loop. Each module sits on a cold plate, and the chiller modulates flow by cell temperature rather than cabinet temperature.

Field data from our 2024-2025 commercial installations shows a steady-state cell delta of 1.8-2.6 deg C at full 200A current, versus 6-9 deg C for forced-air cabinets of the same class. Lower delta directly translates to less capacity fade: after 3000 cycles the liquid-cooled string retains 92% capacity in our accelerated aging tests.

Protection Architecture

Safety is layered at three independent levels. At cell level, the BMS balances and monitors every cell through dedicated NTC sensing. At module level, current interruption devices isolate any faulty module within one millisecond. At system level, aerosol generators flood the cabinet on smoke detection while the EMS executes a controlled discharge sequence. The insulation monitor checks ground resistance continuously and trips the PCS on any anomaly.

Where It Earns Its Keep

Manufacturing plants running two-shift operations, cold-chain warehouses with night chillers, EV charging hubs with unpredictable demand spikes, and commercial buildings on time-of-use tariffs. The EMS accepts a tariff table of up to eight periods and a load forecast, then dispatches the cabinet automatically. In outage-prone regions the same unit doubles as site backup.

Warranty Terms in Detail

The standard package covers five years against defects in materials and workmanship, with capacity guarantee of no less than 80% at the end of the term. The optional extended plan adds five more years plus two preventive maintenance visits per year.
