Product Overview
The Ecolite 24V 31.2Ah lithium titanate (LTO) battery pack combines the inherent safety of LTO chemistry with industrial-grade durability to deliver a high-performance energy storage solution. With 748.8Wh of usable energy, an exceptional cycle life exceeding 10,000 cycles, and the ability to operate across a broad temperature range from -40℃ to 60℃, it is engineered for demanding applications where reliability, longevity, and rapid power delivery are essential. The integrated Battery Management System (BMS) and robust IP65 enclosure ensure safe, maintenance-free operation in harsh environments.

Engineered for Unmatched Longevity & Reliability
Built with advanced LTO cells in a 10S/24P configuration, this battery achieves over 10,000 charge-discharge cycles at 80% depth of discharge while retaining more than 80% of its initial capacity. This translates to a service life of more than a decade in continuous-use applications, dramatically reducing replacement frequency and total cost of ownership. The ultra-low internal resistance (≤12mΩ) and high efficiency (≥99%) minimize energy loss, while self-discharge below 2% per month ensures readiness even after long storage periods.

Extreme Temperature Resilience Without Compromise
Rated for charging and discharging from -40℃ to 60℃, the battery delivers consistent power in the most challenging climates—from Arctic cold to desert heat. No auxiliary heating or cooling is required, making it ideal for outdoor installations, unheated facilities, and mobile equipment exposed to seasonal extremes. The BMS monitors cell temperatures and provides high-temperature cutoff at 75℃ for added safety.

High Power Capability for Demanding Loads
Supporting continuous discharge currents up to 60A and pulse discharges up to 100A (<3s), this LTO pack can handle high-power applications such as motor starting, regenerative braking, and peak shaving. Fast charging is supported with a maximum charge current of 60A, enabling rapid replenishment during brief downtime windows.

Rugged, Compact, and Maintenance-Free Design
Housed in an impact-resistant ABS enclosure with IP65 protection, the battery is dust-tight and protected against water jets, making it suitable for outdoor and industrial environments.
