Product Overview
The Ecolite 50.4V 40Ah lithium titanate (LTO) battery pack delivers robust, high‑performance energy storage for the most demanding industrial applications. With an ultra‑long cycle life exceeding 10,000 cycles, extreme temperature tolerance from -40℃ to 85℃, and high continuous discharge current of 150A, it provides reliable power for heavy‑duty equipment, renewable energy systems, and backup power installations. The integrated Battery Management System (BMS) and rugged SPCC housing ensure safe, maintenance‑free operation in harsh environments.

Unmatched Longevity & Reliability
Utilizing advanced LTO cells in a 22S/1P configuration, this battery achieves over 10,000 charge‑discharge cycles at 100% depth of discharge while retaining more than 80% of initial capacity. This translates to a service life of more than a decade in continuous‑use applications, dramatically reducing replacement frequency and total cost of ownership. The ultra‑low internal resistance (≤30mΩ) and high efficiency (≥98%) minimize energy loss, while self‑discharge below 3% per month ensures readiness even after extended storage.

Extreme Temperature Performance
Rated for charging and discharging from -40℃ to 85℃, the battery delivers consistent power in the most challenging climates—from Arctic cold to scorching heat. No auxiliary heating or cooling is required, making it ideal for outdoor installations, unheated facilities, and mobile equipment exposed to seasonal extremes. The BMS monitors cell temperatures and provides high‑temperature cutoff at 90℃ for added safety.

High Power Capability
Supporting continuous discharge currents up to 150A and pulse discharges up to 250A (<0.5s), this LTO pack can handle high‑power applications such as motor starting, regenerative braking, peak shaving, and heavy‑duty machinery. Fast charging is supported with a maximum charge current of 150A, enabling rapid replenishment during brief downtime windows.
